When a company’s hiring team finds the best candidate for a particular position, they usually contact them in order to announce its decision and make a job offer. Depending on company’s policy, hiring team need to send a formal offer via email or in writing.

In terms of fixed Total Cost to Company (TCC) we are offering you Rs xxxxxxxx Lakh per year (please see the break up). In addition you will be eligible for performance incentive – target pay could be 10% of fixed TCC. However the actual pay out could be much higher or lower depending on your performance, BU/ Function performance and company performance.
