Establishing a food business requires careful planning, particularly when it comes to drafting the Memorandum of Association (MOA). The main objects specified in the MOA not only define the scope of your operations but also ensure adherence to relevant regulations. Whether you’re in the process of incorporating your company or updating your existing MOA, the following sample main objects can provide valuable guidance.

Sample 1: Snack and Confectionery Production

To manufacture and trade in a wide variety of food products, including bhujia, namkeen, papad, traditional sweets, snacks, rasgulla, bakery items, biscuits, confectioneries, edible oils, pulses, cereals, canned goods, fruits, vegetables, pickles, soft drinks, syrups, thandai, and various spices and condiments.

Sample 2: Agro-Food Products Trading

To prepare, manufacture, process, market, trade, import, export, and sell a comprehensive range of agro and food products, including spices, oilseeds, grains, vegetables, herbs, pickles, and other items derived from agricultural and farming activities.

Sample 3: Beverage and Canned Food Production

To engage in the manufacturing, trading, and distribution of all types of aerated, artificial, and mineral waters, carbonated drinks, fruit juices, canned and packaged foods, squashes, syrups, milk, and dairy products, along with other beverages of every kind.

Sample 4: Business Support and Catering Services

To provide a range of business support services, whether information technology-enabled or not, including back-office services, supply chain management, advisory services, public relations, and promotional activities. Additionally, to operate hotels, restaurants, snack bars, catering services, and other food-related businesses.
