MOA Main objects for a Diagnostic Centre – Sample

Sample – 1

  1. To design, construct, own or otherwise acquire and to carry on the business of setting up, managing, administering and
    running of diagnostic centres, hospitals and or mobile medical units, medical service centres, clinics, nursing homes,
    intensive care units on ownership basis as well as on franchise arrangements.
  2. To carry on business, manufacture, buy, sell, import, export and generally deal in all types of surgical, medical, pharmaceutical, scientific equipment and instruments, appliances, accessories and diagnostic reagent kits, diagnostic equipment, aids and accessories, health care aids, health care products and instruments, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, drugs and intermediates and bio-chemicals and software products for diagnostic and health care centers and to publish journals, books for diagnostic and health centers.
  3. To setup facilities for carrying medical research and to educate and train radiologists, radiographers, CT technicians,
    lab technicians, lab assistants, medical students, nurses, mid-wives and other technical services as well as administrative staff.
  4. To conduct all kinds of research and development work required for promotion and running of diagnostic centers,
    hospitals, dispensaries, maternity homes, health centers, clinics and to carry on the business of consultancy relating to them.
  5. To carry on business of acting as advisers and consultants on all matters and problems relating to hospitals, health sanitarium, clinics, health resorts and to promote health care.

  1. To carry on in India or abroad the business of designing, constructing, running, collaborating, with all kinds of hospitals, dispensaries, health clubs, clinics, laboratories, Multispeciality hospitals offering comprehensive range of medical services and consultancies, diagnostics centres, nursing homes, geriatric clinics and centres, various schemes under medical insurance and to act as manufacturers, producers, traders, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, retailers and dealers of all types of pharma products, drugs, medicines, enzymes, mixtures, vitamins, hormones, herbals, and their by-products, intermediates, derivatives formulations and compounds, antibiotics, antimicrobials, and to provide biotechnology and bioinformatics consultancy services, education and training in the field of Biotechnology and to perform Research for Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industry and to deal in all types description, specification, strengths and application of pharmaceutical products of medicaments in all its branches such as allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic, herbal, bio-chemic used for treatment, cure and health care of human being and animals.

Sample – 3

  1. To set up, engage, collaborate, acquire, purchase, maintain, open collection centres, conduct, manage, administer, own, run laboratories for the purposes of carrying out pathological investigations of various branches of bio-chemistry haematology, histopathology, microbiology, electrophoresis, immuno-chemistry, immunology, virology, cytology and other pathological investigations;
  2. To carry on the business of rendering services for sending, receiving within or outside India, for pathological investigation purposes, human blood, blood products, plasma, serum, body fluids, tissues, drugs, powder etc.; and
  3. To carry on the business of manufacture, importers, exporters, stockiest, consignment agents, sole selling agents, commission agents, dealers in all kinds of pathological sachets, equipments, disposable syringes, life saving devices, drugs and pharmaceutical, medical and chemical preparations used for human beings.

Sample – 4

  1. To establish, run and provide all kinds of services to pathological, microbiological and immuno – biological laboratories and conduct other medical tests, analysis and research, formulation of medicare and provide all kinds of health maintenance plans.
  2. To construct, build, establish, acquire, assist, maintain, run, purchase, get, sell convert, develop, improve, hold with absolute or limited rights or on lease and sublease, on franchise or otherwise hospitals, nursing homes, medical colleges, nursing colleges, sanitariums, medical centres and institutions, clinics, dispensaries, child welfare centres, health centres, health farms, therapies centres, operation theatres, maternity home, rehabilitation centres, pathological, analytical, testing and diagnostic laboratories, research, invention and development centres family planning and welfare centres, X – ray, convalescence centres, MRI , C T scan centres, bio¬-imaging centres, magnetic resonance imaging centres and radiological or any other type of facilities for the practice of any field, branch, discipline or system of medicines and surgeries and to work as dispensing chemist and manufacturers, suppliers, traders, distributors of medicines, drugs, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics and general merchandise of all types and to manufacture, buy, sell, rent, lease, import ,export trade, take on hire, repair, maintain, develop and to acquire all, types of medical and surgical appliances and equipments.
  3. To provide, conduct, assist, encourage, initiate or promote all type of research facilities for carrying on the research, discovery, improvement or development of new methods of diagnosis, understanding and prevention and treatment of diseases, basic and applied and to acquire any patent and licenses or protective devices relating to the results of any discovery, investigations, findings or researches and to acquire any process and to undertake manufacture of any such product developed, discovered or improved and/or to give licences for the manufacture of the same to others and either to market the same or grant licences to the others, to market the same and to provide funds for research works and for scholarships, stipend, remuneration and/or other payment or aid to any person or persons engaged in research work or works connected with or conducive to research and to endow research fellowship or grant financial assistance to persons or institutions engaged in medical researches.
