MOA Main objects of internet service providers (ISP) – Sample

Sample – 1

To buy, sell, exchange, import, export, install, maintain, repair, let on hire and deal in all type of electrical and appliances, apparatus of every description, equipment, stores and spares required by the internet service providers industry, to carry on the business of providing internet-based services including but not limited to broadband, wireless internet, Wi-Fi automation, setting up Hotspot Points in public, offices or buildings and other hotspot services to business, schools, organizations, apartments, hospitals, residential retail customers and others located in the territory of India and to apply and obtain a license to carry on these activities.

Sample – 2

To carry on in India and elsewhere the business of establishing, setting, arranging, undertaking, managing, planning, designing, promoting, organizing, conducting, observing, controlling, customizing, providing, installing, maintaining, producing, modifying, evaluating/ selecting all descriptions, application to provide communication services including satellite and broadband-based communication services like direct to home, internet protocol television, digital signage, video conferencing, streaming video, digital video broadcast, distance learning, digital transmission, telemedicine, high-speed internet, virtual private network services, beaming to single / multi-screen cinema, uplinking of TV signals, teleport services and to develop consumer-oriented electronic commerce and all other allied services.

  • To engage in the business of providing, designing, developing, selling, and servicing networking equipment and software in India and abroad.
  • To develop, manufacture and deal in application tools of all kinds for internet-based applications, and to provide internet service, and deal with all kinds of software and hardware related to all fields to internet communication.
  • To develop, manufacture, deal in, export, and import all kinds of computer software, application software, computer systems like data management systems, digital systems, storage systems, memory systems, information systems, and the like.
