  1. To carry on the business of buyers, sellers, exporters, importers, merchandisers, traders, coordinators, distributors, agents, brokers, stockists, commission agents, auctioneers, trustees, forwarders, dealers, concessionaires, processors, reprocesses, tanners, dressers, weavers, dyers, jobbers, contractors, spinners, knitters, combers, manufacturers, producers, assemblers, finishers, packers, processors, texturisers, retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, representatives, sub agents, inquiry agents, publicity and advertising agents in India and abroad of all kinds of apparels, dresses, clothers, outfits, garments, textiles, fabrics, yarns, fibbers, silk, cotton, hemp, jute, linen, fibbers, woollens, acrylic, viscose, waste, silks, hemp, linen, suiting, shirting dress materials corduroy, carpet, blankets, curtains, ribbons, towels, handkerchiefs, scarves, tapestry, shawls, ready-made garments, leather wears, leather goods, shoes, wearing apparels, neck-ties, gloves, overcoats, rain coats, rugs, cosmetics, wigs, sweaters, knitwears, hosiery goods, under garments, dresses, embroideries, plastics, rubbers, canvas goods, village industries, cottage industries, home industries, handicrafts, brasswares, handlooms, antiques, decorators, knitwears, hosiery, shoes, wearing apparels, dress material, umbrellas, mufflers, chesters, nets, socks, hats, belts, caps, bags, purses, sports goods, varity bags, buttons, zips, fasteners, buckles, cuff-links, pipings, borders, lining, supports, attachments, pads, hooks, accessories and tools, trims, synthetic polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, silk, artificial silk, wool silk and other material and all fibres, synthetic artificial & natural fibbers, nylon, rayon, jute and any other fibbers or fibrous materials textiles substance allied product, by-products and substitutes for all or any of them and to treat and utilize any waste arising from any such manufacture production or process and blends and mix thereof.

Sample-2

  1. To carry on all or any of the following businesses:- namely, cotton spinners and doublers, wool, silk, flax, jute, hemp and staple fibre spinners, linen manufacturers, cotton, flax, hemp, jute and wool merchants, wool combers, worsted spinners, woollen spinners, yarn merchants, worsted stuff manufacturers, bleachers and dyers and makers of vitriol, bleaching and dyeing materials and to purchase, sell, comb, prepare, spin, dye, and deal in flax, hemp, jute, wool, cotton, silk and other fibrous substances, and to weave or otherwise manufacture, buy and sell and deal in linen, yarn, cloth, and other goods and fabrics, whether textile, felted, netted or looped; to deal in and also to work spinning and weaving mills, cotton mills, jute mills, and mills of another description; and
  2. To maintain, erect and work ginning factories, foundries and manufacturers of every kind of goods and merchandise; and to erect, maintain and work presses for pressing merchandise into bales. To erect warehouses, tanks, chawls, or other buildings and to erect such machinery, engines, apparatus and work thereon as may be necessary for the purposes of the Company, and to sell or mortgage all or any portion of the same as may be thought desirable;
  3. To buy, contract for, sell or send for sale in the whole world, cotton, waste, droppings, fly, silk, wool, jute, hemp and other fibrous articles; to deal in all materials and things necessary or useful for dyeing, printing and bleaching purposes and generally to deal in all or any of the fabrics, articles and things and to do all these either on cash or on credit and for ready or future delivery;
  4. To gin kappas and to spin, weave, manufacture, dye, print and bleach cotton, waste, droppings, fly, silk, wool, jute, hemp and other fibrous articles, and to prepare yarn, clothe, bleached or unbleached and other fabrics and things of what nature or kind so ever;
  5. To generate, consume, purchase, sell, supply and distribute electricity by erection/installation of wind or hydel or thermal or solar or atomic or any other sources in India or elsewhere; and
  6. To carry on the business of financiers including refinancing of all operations, rediscounting bills, securitisation, purchase or assignment of financial assets/hire purchase, leasing and letting or lease of movable properties.

Sample-3

  1. To carry on the business of spinning or manufacturing and dealing in cotton or other fibrous substances and the preparation of dyeing or coloring of any of the said substances and artificial silk, rayon, nylon or any similar substance and the sale of yarn or other manufactured products made from the said substances of other similar materials.
  2. To carry on all or any of the trades or business of preparing spinning, doubling, weaving, combing, scouring, sizing, bleaching, coloring, dyeing, printing and finishing, working or manufacturing in any way whatever, cotton, wool, silk, flax, hemp, jute, artificial silk, rayon, nylon and other fibers or textile substances, whether animal, vegetable or mineral in any state and whether similar to the foregoing substances or not and to treat and utilize and deal in any waste arising from any such operations, whether carried out by the company or otherwise and also of makers of vitriol and of bleaching dyeing and finishing materials and the buying, selling and dealing in all or any of the aforesaid substances.
  3. To enter into contracts in India or elsewhere for purchase or sale of Indian or any foreign variety cotton, cotton seeds, cotton waste, cotton yarn and other yarns.
  4. To carry on the business of agents in all its branches and kinds and specially in cotton, cotton yarn, cotton waste and other fabrics, silk, wool terylene, Teri-cotton, linen and all fibrous articles.

Sample – 4

  1. To manufacture, deal, bleach, calendar, mercerize, dye, print, sell, import, export, process, bale finish, all types of hosieries,knitwears and other materials and also fabrics, mats, furnishings made from cotton, rayon, nylon, mylow wool, yarn, silk,synthetic fibres, stable fibres, jute, leather, flax, hemp, hessain linen and other materials; and to handle or deal in spinning mills,weaving mills or any other factories for pressing, ginning, carding, combing, scouring, curing, colouring, vending, spinning,doubling, mixing, processing, twisting, throwing, bleaching, mercerizing, printing, dyeing or finishing of any textiles of anydescription and kind.
