Sample -1 – All type of consulting services

To carry on the business of consultants and advisers on all matters and problems relating to all fields including but not limited to engineering, construction, business management, corporate management, administration software, information technology, financial, company law, taxation, investment, portfolio management, professional, personal, legal, commercial, industrial, production, personnel, marketing, advertising, publicity, sales promotion, public welfare, educational, insurance, banking, loan syndication , business techniques, formation, supervision, control, expansion, mergers, acquisition, foreign collaboration, imports & exports, research & developments, computer software developments, application set up, computer hardwares, computer applications, quality control, technical know-how, merchant banking, secretarial services and financial management.

Sample 2

  • To establish, design, develop, maintain, organize, conduct, provide, procure or make available consulting services, training, coaching programs, and products in and outside of India covering all branches of services including management, commercial, business, statistical, financial, accountancy, information technology, medical, legal, educational, engineering, data processing, communication and other technological social or other services and products towards designing, building and managing the business process, technology, and people to enable good business outcomes.
  • To seek recognition, collaborations, joint ventures, franchise, affiliations, associations, or co-operations of various institutions, bodies, governments, companies, corporate, individuals in India and abroad for the fulfillment of the objectives of the company.
  • To carry on the business as an importer, exporter, buyers, lessers, and sellers of and dealers in all types of components and equipment necessary for attaining the above objects.

Sample 3

  • To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of technical, legal, financial and management consultants, advisers, innovators, software, designer, marketers, fund managers, administrators, agents, recruitment and placement consultancy service providers, impart training in various fields, areas and subjects including but not limited to vocational training through any form viz. classroom, electronic media or training by correspondence and to carry of the business of conceptualizing, designing, execution and operation of all activities pertaining or relating to contract employees or of employee leasing by offering services from time to time for outsourcing administration of employees and all administrative activities related thereto and to enter into collaborations, joint venture agreements in India and with companies abroad and to do all other incidental things acts necessary for the attainment of the main object.; and
  • To act as consultants, advisors, innovators, system designers, designers developers and implementers of new products, calculations and fixation of premium rates, surrender values, profit testing, valuation of portfolio, recommendations for re-structuring of portfolios, arrange and advise on reinsurance, valuation of liabilities.
