MOA Main object for hotels and Holiday Resorts Company – Sample

Below we have given sample main objects for a hotel and holiday resorts company to draft the Memorandum of association at the time of new company registration. You can also use these to edit your existing memorandum of association for a company who is into hotel and holiday resort Business.

Sample 1

  • To own, construct, run, furnish of, take over, manage and carry on the business of hotel, holiday resorts, restaurant, café, tavern bars, refreshment rooms, boarding and lodging, housekeepers, clubs, in India or in any other part of the world.
  • To provide lodging and boarding, restaurants, eating houses, bar, swimming pool and other facilities to the public including tourists, visitors and other delegates coming to India from foreign countries and to members of delegations and missions from foreign countries.
  • To carry on business of building, erecting and constructing structures, buildings, houses or sheds including RCC works and other fixtures on lands and or building and to convert squares, gardens and other conveniences and to make, build or construct surface metal or otherwise repair roads and carry on business of builders, constructors, contractors and road repairers of all kinds of dams, bunds, canals,bridges and irrigation works including and construction of power house or power stations.

  • To carry on the business of Hotel, Restaurant; Café, tavern refreshment room and boarding and lodging house keepers, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and spirit merchants, brewers, malsters, distillers, importers and exporters of mineral and artificial waters and other drinks, purveyors and esterers for public amusements generally.
  • To provide lodging and boarding and other facilities to the public including tourists, visitors and other delegates coming to India from foreign countries and to encourage and carry on and facilitate tourists trade in India.

Sample-3

To carry on the business of banquets halls, marriage halls, party halls and plots, hotels and restaurants, catering and café, taveran, refreshment room, entertainments, amusements, club, bath, grounds and places of recreation, sports, picnic place and hotel related services.

  • To carry on the business of and management and marketing of Hotels, Holiday Resorts, Villas, Lodgings, Stalls, Garages, Summer Houses, Chateaus, Castles, Inns, Hostels, Road Houses, Motels, Taverns, Rest Houses, Guest Houses.
  • To sell, serve and to distribute and to manage and market the manufacture of, selling, serving and distribution of comestible, eatables, victuals, meat, bread, bread stuffs, and all types of food stuffs and human consumables.
  • To sell and serve and distribute and to manage and market, selling, serving and distributing of soft drinks, aerated waters, beverages, both natural and artificial, fresh and canned vegetables and meats, fresh and canned food stuffs, fresh and canned fruits, dried fruits and to manufacture, grow, produce, develop, process (including canning, cold storage, deep freezing de-hydration, baking, drying, bottling and packing) of all types of vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, spices and condiments.
  • To carry on the business of travel agents, hirers of motor and other vehicles, caterers for public amusements, hair dressers, perfumes, chemists, proprietors of clubs, bath, dressing rooms, laundries, reading rooms, writing rooms, news-paper and smoking room, libraries, places of amusements, recreation, sports, entertainments, and instruction of all kinds, departmental stores, agents for railway, shipping and airplane companies and carriers, theatrical and opera box office, proprietors, insurance agents.

  • To carry on the business of hotel, motel, resorts, time sharing holiday resorts, restaurant, cafe, catering boarding home, fast foods, industrial feeding canteens, tavern, bars, refreshment, housekeepers, clubs, cabarets, discotheques, baths, dressing rooms, laundries, reading, writing and newspaper rooms, shopping centers, grounds, places of amusement, recreation, convention, exhibitions, symposiums, swimming pools, bakery confectionery, entertainment shows, hairdressers and perfumers.
  • To run educational programmes and courses for training personnel in various fields such as hotel, financial and technical management and to run schools, coaching centers, research centers, hostels, institutes and other allied educational activities in connection with objects referred to in clause (1) above

  • To acquire construct own run and manage and to carry on the business of running Hotels, Motels, Holiday Camps, Guest Houses, Restaurants, Canteens, Caterers, Cafes, Taverns, Pubs, Bars, Beer Houses, Refreshment Room and Lodging or apartments of House keepers, Night Clubs, Casinos, Discotheques, Swimming Pools, Health Club, Baths, dressing rooms, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and sprit merchants, exporters, importers, and manufacturers of aerated mineral and artificial waters and other drinks, purveyors, caterers of public amusement generally and all business incidental thereof.
  • To purchase, take on lease hire, erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip act as collaborators, technicians of any other hotels, motels, holiday camps, restaurants, canteens, cafes, pubs, bars, refreshment rooms, casinos etc. in India or in any other part of the world and to carry on the business of consultants to the hotels, restaurants, canteens, etc. in existence or to be started and to train chefs, cooks, bearers and other staff for hotel industry.

To purchase, establish, conduct, manage, takeover, acquire, lease, promote, develop and to carry on the business of running holiday resorts, boarding and lodging houses, hotels, restaurants, cafes, resorts, vacation/ holiday resorts, villas, lodgings, stalls, summer houses, castles, inns, road houses,motels, taverns, rest houses, guest houses, retreats, cottages, rest rooms, holiday camps, time shareresorts, country clubs, mass housing, row housing, tourist bungalows, health care clinics, health spas, health rejuvenation hospitals and all other types of accommodations of all descriptions both across the country and abroad and to carry on similar or connected activities with all facilities and providing all services thereto, to purchase and develop land for visitors, guests or customers to construct ecofriendly buildings, to lease the land to visitors, customers or guests to build pools, spas, cottages and other facilities on their own or on contract basis, to fit up and furnish any property for the purpose of letting the same to visitors, customers or guests either in room, suites, cottages, chalets or otherwise, to sell them, lease them on a time sharing or property sharing basis by days, weeks, months and any undivided shares with or without holiday exchange basis both in India and outside India (outright sale basis);
