Sample 1

  • To carry on the businesses of provider of transportation logistics services to any person, firm, company, body corporate or association of persons in India or abroad in relation to transport of persons and goods, of all kind and description, including but not limited to planning, design, documentation management and co-ordination in relation to transportation, physical transport by all means of transportation by land, sea, inland waterways, air and multimodal transport, etc, management of warehouses and logistics centres, undertaking warehousing services and managing all statutory compliances relating to transportation services and related services, warehousing services, supply-chain management solutions, information technology / communication support and while rendering such service, engage in providing for sale, rent, etc. advertisement space on the vehicles, trucks, warehouses, etc. to third parties and development and sale of for managing transportation services, managing Container Freight Stations and act as Freight contractors, Freight Forwarding agents, Customs House Agents, Customs Handling service providers, providing specialized services like fleet management including carrying out the activities of washing, servicing, repairing, maintaining, denting, painting of all types of Vehicles and all other activities related thereto and distribution management, cold chain management for retail chain, packaging, kitting and labeling and similar services, logistics business management and related activities such as customer service support, maintenance and documentation management relating to logistics software like tracking, routing, scheduling, documentation management and back-end data generation for billing and service level agreement activities for successful deployment of vehicles to carry on the purposes of this company.
  • To carry on the business of buying, selling, importing, exporting, trading and otherwise dealing in all  types of goods, merchandise and materials including but not limited to machinery components, automobile parts and accessories including tyres, food & provisions, textiles and textile products, household goods, personal products, consumer durables, electric and electronic goods, home improvement products, footwear, luggage, books, periodicals, newsprint and stationery, office equipment, health care and beauty products, toys, gift articles, music, computers & accessories, telecom products, agri input products, furniture and furnishings, and software and generally to carry on the business as trader in India and/or overseas.

Sample 2

  • To carry on the business of the public carriers, transporters and carriers of goods, passengers, merchandise, commodities and luggage of all kinds and descriptions in any part of India and/or abroad, on land, water, rail or road and air or by any means of conveyance whatsoever, in its own name or as an agent.
  • To undertake and carry on the business of courier services for carrying packages, parcels and other items; loading and unloading forwarding and clearing agents, warehousemen, muccadams and caremen for and on behalf of owners of goods, luggage, parcels, materials, articles, commodities, live-stock & other movables of all kinds and descriptions.
  • To undertake and carry on the business of non-scheduled air transport services by aeroplane/helicopters and to provide non-scheduled air-transport services for the carriage of passengers, mail and freight.
  • To act as agents, representatives, surveyors, sub-insurance agents, franchisors, consultants, advisors, collaborators, in life and general insurance in all its branches and manifestations.

Sample – 3

  • To carry on the business of processing, packing, trading – wholesale and retail, distribution for domestic and export sale all types of frozen foods including fruits, vegetable, meat, seafood and all other types of foods.
  • To carry on business in storing for rent or any other consideration, transporting, handling and generally dealing in, all kinds of frozen, chilled, cooled and refrigerated items, including fruits, vegetables, seafood, meats, dairy products and horticultural produce.
  • To carry on the business of buying, selling or otherwise dealing in, operating, hiring, letting on hire, leasing, giving on lease, obtaining licenses for the use of and granting licenses for the use of, cold stores, freezing, chilling and cooling plants, refrigeration units, refrigerated trucks and containers and any and all kinds of freezing, chilling, cooling, refrigeration and cold storage machinery and equipment.
  • To carry on the business of buying, selling, transporting, storing, distributing, handling and dealing in any other goods or food products.

Sample –4

  • To carry on the business of storage, warehousing, transportation and handling of all kinds of cargo, whether containerized or not, from any port station to any container freight station or to any inland container depot and freight carriers, transportation of goods, animals or passengers from place to place either by land or by air, sea or partly by sea and partly by land or air, whether by means of motor vehicles and/or aero planes or other means of transport, to establish and to construct and operate container freight stations, inland container depots, and allied activities and operate railway sidings and to own, lease, use container and deploy the containers in the business of international freight forwarding, by means of road, sea, transport and multimodal transport, and to carry on the business of clearing & shipping agent, hirers, fleet owners of trucks, trailers, cranes, bulldozers and all types of earth moving equipments and machines.
  • To undertake and carry on the business of carriers, ship owners, ship brokers, ship agents, ship underwriters, ship managers, tug-owners, freight brokers, freight contractors, carriers of goods and passengers by land air and water, transport haulage and general contractors, barge owners, and wharfingers.

Sample-5

  • To provide logistics and delivery solutions to consumers and a wide range of businesses, to provide logistics means, option and facilities to all kinds of business houses, corporates on contract or otherwise. To provide all kinds of transportation services and its auxiliary logistics services.
  • To provide all kinds of logistics consultancy services.

Sample – 6

  • To construct, execute, carry out, equip, maintain, improve, develop civil and constructional work relating to roads,electric, power, heat and light supply work, hotels, buildings, godowns, pleasure grounds, parks, gardens, docks, jitries, embankments, bridges, wharves, canals, dams, flyovers, roads, tunnels, blasting transportation, irrigation reclamations improvement, sewage, sanitary telegraphic, telephone works, warehouses, markets, public buildings and all other such civil and related constructional works and convenience of public utility.
  • To act as cargo agents, travel agents, ship brokers, charter party contractors, ship agents, packing forwarding and clearing agents, salvors, wreck removers, wreck raisers, auctioneers, inspectors and observers of quality control custom-house agents, commission agents and general sales agents for any of the airlines, steam-ship companies, railway and transport companies or any such person.
  • To provide end to end logistic solutions and supply chain management in all forms including consolidation, transportation (road, water, sea), handling and distribution, warehousing storage and all other related activities and to carry on the business of handling and dealing in cargo containers, management of terminals and storage of goods of any nature at any place or site and to act as terminal operators, clearing agents, tally contractors, stevedores, bargeman, wharfingers, warehouseman, storekeepers, bonded caremen and cargo superintends.
  • To carry on the business of agency, representation and consultation of foreign shipping companies and to take permit for playing trucks, tankers, buses, vans, boats, ships, aircrafts, animal drawn vehicle and steamers and other related services with a view to run and provide services (carriers of goods and passengers) as the case may be on any route in India or abroad and to build, construct, establish, own, purchase, sell, lease, rent, take on lease industrial infrastructural, recreational, commercial and residential townships (plots, houses etc.) including SEZ and related projects/mega projects.
  • To acquire, build, construct, alter, maintain, enlarge, remove or replace and to work, manage and control any buildings, offices, factories, mills, shops, roadways and such works.
