Main object of MOA for a restaurant company – Sample

Sample-1

  1. To develop, promote, establish, own, acquire, operate, manage and maintain directly or indirectly, restaurants (including quick service restaurants), eating houses, kiosks, fast food outlets, cafeterias, food courts, tea and coffee houses, soda fountains, taverns, canteens, catering services or other store formats and provide therein all types of amenities, facilities, conveniences, refreshments, in the territory of India and to license to other franchisees as a master franchisee, the right to develop, establish, operate and maintain, restaurants, eating houses, kiosks, fast food outlets, cafeteria, food courts, tea and coffee houses, soda fountains, taverns, canteens, catering services or other store formats in particular locations or regions within the territory of India.

Sample-2

  1. To establish, carry on, manage, operate and franchise the business through India or elsewhere of manufacturing, selling, marketing and distributing of foods products.
  2. To carry on business as bakers and manufacturers of bread, flour, biscuits, cakes and farinaceous compounds and materials of every description, and sweets, confectionary, and other foods, commodities or articles which may be conveniently sold therewith.
  3. To carry on the business of manufacturing ice-cream and other dairy products.
  4. To carry on business as butchers.
  5. To manufacture, buy, sell, improve, treat, preserve, fine, aerate, mineralise, bottle and otherwise deal in mineral and aerated waters and other liquids of every description.
  6. To carry on the business of and to act as traders, suppliers, importers, exporters, dealers, agents, distributors, manufacturers of corrugated boxes and other packing material, all types of cheese, meat and chicken products, sausages, all kinds of pizza ingredients, seasonings and flavours, spices, flour, gluten, processed or semi-processed vegetables, olives, pepperoni.

  1. To acquire construct own run and manage and to carry on the business of running Hotels, Motels, Holiday Camps, Guest Houses, Restaurants, Canteens, Caterers, Cafes, Taverns, Pubs, Bars, Beer Houses, Refreshment Room and Lodging or apartments of House keepers, Night Clubs, Casinos, Discotheques, Swimming Pools, Health Club, Baths, dressing rooms, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and sprit merchants, exporters, importers, and manufacturers of aerated mineral and artificial waters and other drinks, purveyors, caterers of public amusement generally and all business incidental thereof.
  2. To purchase, take on lease hire, erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip act as collaborators, technicians of any other hotels, motels, holiday camps, restaurants, canteens, cafes, pubs, bars, refreshment rooms, casinos etc. in India or in any other part of the world and to carry on the business of consultants to the hotels, restaurants, canteens, etc. in existence or to be started and to train chefs, cooks, bearers and other staff for hotel industry.

  1. To carry on the business of hotels, resorts, motels, restaurants, cafe, club houses, cottages, refreshment room, food courts, food retail outlets, canteens, boarding and lodging guest houses, entertainment services whether as proprietors, owners, agents, franchisee, franchisor, sub-franchisee and/or on revenue sharing basis anywhere in India.
  2. To manufacture, produce, process, prepare, improve, create, buy, sell, distribute, import, export and deal in all kinds of foods, food products, jams, jellies, pickles, chutneys, marmalades, vinegars, sausages, ketchups, essences, ghee, butter, cheese, maltedfoods, garden products, preserved, canned and tinned fruits and vegetables, biscuits, beverages, aerated waters, soft drinks, concentrate, cakes, chocolates, potato wafers, potato products, snack foods, vegetable products, preserved provision of all kindsand other such food and food products of all kinds.
  3. To manufacture, produce, process, prepare, improve, create, buy, sell, distribute, import, export and deal in all kinds of stationery items, party goods, arts & crafts, soft lines, toys, gift sakes, hand/carry bags, battery operated toys, DVD’s, VCD’s, shoes for kids, home decor items and ready to wear garments (both inner & outer wear).
  4. To carry on the business of production and preparation of various kinds of ice creams, creams, dairy products, milk products and condensed milk.

Sample – 5

  1. To own, construct, run render technical advice in constructing, furnishing and running of, takeover, manage, carry on business of motel, hotel, restaurant, cafe, tavern, bars, refreshment rooms, boarding and lodging house keepers, clubs, associations in In dia and to provide lodging and boarding, restaurant, eating houses, bakery, confectionery, bar, swimming pools and others facilities to the public including tourists, visitors and delegates coming to India from foreign countries and to allow Indian as well as foreign delegates to hold international conferences, seminars, etc. and to give all facilities to members of delegations, missions from abroad and foreign countries and to encourage and carry on and facilitate tourist trade in India.
  2. To carry on the business of catering, event management, music shows, entertainment shows, live shows, cultural events, food Exhibition in India or abroad.
  3. To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, importing, exporting, dealing, storing, stocking, trading, distribution of frozen and non frozen food items such as fish, prawn, crabs and all sea food, mutton, chicken, fruits and vegetables, spices, oil, dairy & bakery products, preservation of potatoes, fresh vegetables, agricultural products, fruits, dry fruits, fruit juices, ice candy, ice cream and other ice products, carbonated, aerated mineral water and synthetic drinks, all types of res taurant furniture, coal, crockery, cutlery, Bar Accessories, Kitchen Accessories, Service Accessories and all types of equipment of the restaurants, F&B consumables, Housekeeping Consumables, all office stationery, staff uniforms, all types of restaurants utensils; in any manner whatsoever in all types of goods on retail as well as wholesale basis in India or outside India.
