To plant, cultivate, produce and raise and/or get cultivated through others or purchase sugar cane, sorghum, sugar beet sago, palmyra juice and crops or raw materials used in the production of sugar and its products and by-products.
To buy, develop, erect, install, engage generators, turbines, apparatus and other equipments to generate electricity for the business of the company using coal, oils, water, any other substances, solar energy, wind energy, atomic energy or any other form of energy, and to buy, distribute and utilize electricity for the aforesaid business or otherwise.
